    Fletchers House is the top spot for a wonderful brunch, enjoyable high tea, and tasty grazer boards. We offer a variety of brunch dishes every day from 11 AM to 6 PM, where a reservation is not required. For high tea and grazer boards, we ask that you book in advance. Visit us to experience a great meal in a classy atmosphere.

  • Are you wheelchair friendly?

    Fletchers House is situated in an older building that boasts historical charm, but this also presents certain accessibility challenges. Unfortunately our doorway is not wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair through. We are committed to ensuring a welcoming environment for all our guests and recommend that visitors with mobility concerns plan accordingly. Should assistance be needed, our staff are always available to help facilitate access. Your comfort and convenience are our top priority.

    Unfortunately, our toilets are located upstairs, which may pose additional challenges for guests with mobility issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Are you dog friendly?

    We are a dog-friendly establishment. Please ensure that your dogs are kept on a lead and remain under control at all times. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

We also provide venue hire for larger events in a sophisticated setting. Our dedicated team offers exceptional service and customized menus to ensure a memorable experience for all occasions.

  • Do you have accommodation?

    No, we do not have accommodation available at Fletchers House. However, we do have a sister venue The Kings Head offers B&B rooms, located at the top of Rye Hill, which is just a 10-minute walk away. For your convenience, we recommend considering this option for your stay.

  • Do you have an outside area?

    Our outdoor area is available during the summer months, providing an ideal setting to savour a cocktail or enjoy a cup of coffee. With a relaxing atmosphere and pleasant surroundings, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and appreciate the warmer weather. Whether you're meeting friends or taking a moment for yourself, our al fresco space is designed to enhance your experience at Fletchers House.
